Who are we?


At PAYPR Org we provide 1:1 mentoring, group work, work shops and youth clubs for young people aged 8-24 specialising in BGM young people, we have fantastic multicultural mentors who connect and build trusting and honest relationships with the young people in order to support, guide and empower them in whichever aspect and path they are presented with.
Our service specialises in aspects including:
- those of single parent households
- identity conflict
- coping and managing with racism
- substance abuse & misuse prevention & intervention
- criminal activity prevention & intervention including knife crime awareness and guidance from lived experience
- self-esteem, confidence & motivation building
- career pathways and business acumen
Our mentoring service has proven results of over 70% improvement in young people's mental well-being and behaviour along with over 60% improved school and class attendance. Our 1:1 mentoring service is provided via fortnightly 1-hour sessions for a total of 8 sessions per pupil with the option to extend if necessary.
We also offer invites to all young people who we have previously and are currently mentoring to our free workshops which are delivered either via zoom or in person covering a range of topics with successful professionals in different fields such as: business; health and well-being; psychology; music; sport plus more.
